Not sure what you see as being the problem....currently MEP holds 50% of NNT.....when MEP merges with ADN you get 1.15 ADN shares for each MEP share and the combined company now owns 100% of NNP which according to your assessment is now worth 2 X Billions of dollars. In addition you get the free steak knives.....Breakaway.
What do you not understand. You keep what you have plus more.
