Looks to be a good deal, end up with 1:15 shares in a company that imo is going to boom. Plus spin-off of Breakaway.
Directors are recommending to accept, they have been working on this deal for a long time so would expect them to have a good idea of the quality of the deal. They have said they will also vote yes with their (substantial) shares. Same for other large shareholders.
Voting NO will be like sh&$$&ng in your own nest. imo.
