Tan read what I am saying, we need a minimum price of 28.9 (1.7) for this to work for us, anything below that we are losing shares, work it out

How I get 1.2 is the .20 consolidation price 17 X 1.2 = 20.4

You have 1mil shares consolidates 17-1 = 59,000 (rounded off)

RSL consolidates & returns at 28.9min x 59,000 = $17,051

RSL returns at .20 X 59,000 = $11,900

Nothing wrong with my numbers, they have roughly used a 1.2sp to get there consolidation price, unless there is a guarantee of relisting at 1.7 (28.9) there we have a problem here.
