I'm seriously beginning to believe that you guys are just trying to pull the wool. The facts are pointed out and none of you are willing to admit that you've made a mistake in your calculations.
Let that be a lesson to holders. If you seriously think that you're going to put the frighteners on people over the weekend because of your bad maths, I will point it out over and over again that you have got it wrong.
The consolidation is based on $0.017 not $0.012.
Contact your lawyers and your accountants and they will tell you the same thing. You're all to quick to spend money on that sort of work (or purporting to spend money on it) yet not one of you was willing to pay a measly $40.00 or so to obtain the announcement prior to it's official release from the ASX.
Sounds like there's something very fishy going on with all these claims.
Your claims are not adding up... not the announcement.
BTW an hour of your accountant's time or solicitors time is going to cost a damn site more than $40.00.
Makes me think this is all just a plan to get people to drop their shares.
