They have based the consolidation at 1.2 cents!
The placement has been done at 1.2 cents!
Why have they based the ratio at the lowest price RSL has been this year when the first announcemenet about consolidation RSL was 1.7 & today RSL was 1.7, for this to work for holders we need a minimum! base of 28.9+ otherwise we are forfeiting our own shares!
Anyone care to explain what guarantee we have there will be support & a base at 28.9+???
