Come on, new directors are only in this for the shell.
The plan clearly dilutes all current KML shareholders out, and IMO they are going to ditch all the current assets.
I doubt they give a rats about the past. Clearly it is about gaining control of the shell and MAYBE revere listing some asset into it. And I have seen this before, this is just the first dilution.
The next dilution will be for any asset - likely something privately held in a flog it to the public scheme. By the time all of this is over current KML shareholdings are likely to be less than 5% of the float.
Do you really think they are going to spend one minute looking into the past? lol. Clearly this is why the current board 'gave' the company away. Everything will be swept under the carpet.
