Yep, i wouldn't have a clue of the total numbers but just know from other stocks that when it comes to shareholder approval you need individual signatures sometimes from thousands of individuals handled by brokerages and so on. It becomes all too hard and the numbers never eventuate. As for the message, management would already be aware prior to making this public knowledge. This was nothing more than a leg up to mates at mates rates. Our sentiment would tell them something they already knew and clearly don't care about. It will take some pretty incredible news and weeks upon weeks of cheap stock dumping before the ship steadies at any sort of acceptable level.
So frustrating!!!
