    Voting yes to the resolutions will be a clear endorsement of the management team and the strategic direction thats been adopted.
    This was the company position 12 months ago as per the July 24 presentation and the CEO had just "resigned". if the current resolutions had been proposed then i would have voted no. I didn't own shares then so its irrelevant. On any KPI or Comparative these guys have smashed it since, to the point my calculator has given up.
    They deserve and have earned shareholders trust, throwing speed humps out in front of them will ultimately cost shareholders more than dilution ever would.

    Just my opinion.
