This lending shouldn't be allowed. It grossly damages us at LBT because we are under pressure to CR cheap. CCS should have reduced its share in the JV from 50/50 to say 70/30 Lbt/CCS if it didn't have the ability to raise money. Pure and simple. This would be more palatable to LBT SH. I can't find a word to describe this folly. Or is BB also a SH in CCS? Conflict of interest yarekon?
