These guys lack a heart. They orchestrate the worst CR of 2016 and come back for more 5 months later.
Without positive news they are not getting anywhere near $1m of the $3m request and I bet they would have been slammed today via email and phone for such self-serving behaviour.
If their existing placement providers don't want anything to do with them why would the current register want in.
They need CE approval and a distribution agreement or this CR won't occur in my opinion.
