I would liquidate.
Management in LBT are clueless.

- Firstly, you don't announce a CR at 4.5 cents above 7 months lows.
- Secondly, you market at every opportunity (they missed the Vienna conference)
- Thirdly, you release regular business updates and show progress (monthly)
- Fourthly you engage strategic investors to support you when you need cash (not accept a placement at close to 40 cents or 55% below VWAP or ask your peeved register to fork out cash)

Management still haven't explained the SPP properly and have seen over 20% of the market capitalisation whittle into thin air. I wonder if they had market training at any point as this is similar to Dec16 revisited, except with investors twice as peeved.
