It's encouraging to see an on-market of purchase of shares by a director.
$48,560 for 160,000 shares ($0.3035) would seem to be a bit more than a token purchase by Michael Givoni for his super fund.
Presumably he thinks the recent price weakness makes BSA at least fair value.
According to the notice, prior to this purchase, his total direct and indirect interest was 636,400 shares.
