Interesting to note that Chairman John Chan over the last 12 months has bought on market 750000 FRI shares in 14 tranches.
Now I like this company but sold all my shares in March '15, because of my concern with apartment saturation.
Always weighing up the apartment situation but very tempted to wade back in again with the confidence shown by the Chairman. The shares appear to be priced for a downturn of some magnitude. But the big question is how severe could it potentially be, if at all.
