Enjoying your posts pioupiou, I'm only a youngster (72yo).
For property investment I used to hold stapled trusts( Mirvac, Stockland etc) but they were a pain in the butt
at tax time, so decided after the GFC debacle to offload them all and just run with CWP and FRI. I still like FRI and will re-enter but have decided to wait a bit longer before committing. Meantime, I'm very comfortable with CWP with around 6.4% ff apparently sustainable yield. Have you ever entertained an investment in CWP ?
