OK, this from Keras’ chairman in March this year:
”Under the rules of the ASX the Company's ordinary shares in Calidus ('Calidus Shares') are held in escrow for a two year period which ends in June 2019, and it remains the intention of the Directors is to distribute those Calidus Shares' to Keras shareholders when they are out of escrow, subject to any Calidus Shares which may be realised to provide working capital.”
“Calidus has stated that it is targeting the release of the PFS in Q3 of 2019. The Directors consider that the best interests of shareholders will be served by making the distribution when the Performance Shares have been converted, rather than immediately at the end of the escrow period”.
So the escrow period hasn’t changed, but distribution of CAI shares to KRS holders will occur post-pfs.
