I think that a cap raising on the TSX will take place sometime in the next 3 months.

The big holders won't want too much dilution so I think the cap raising will follow a raft of announcements guaranteed to push the price up.

Not sure about the procedure but I wonder whether a TSX cap listing will be accompanied by a prospectus as the North Americans won't know much about EXT.

That is on the assumption that it will be a general cap raising and not one to "sophisticated investors". This has been the case in the past and this time around Bob Buchan would have been speaking with his contacts about EXT.
