Prosperity and co, in the 3.5 years that I have owned A2m I have witnessed many directors selling shares multiple times...
Geoff, Peter Nathan, Scott W, etc etc and now also Jane, they have all sold...
Let me tell you, ...every single time they sell everyone gets worried (including myself)
But eventually the share price jumps again, and continues on its way...
There is zero correlation between directors selling and the future prospects of this business.
The shares gifted to the a2 staff make up a significant proportion of their take home salary, hence the continual selling down of shares.
I think this gifting of shares to directors is something that needs to be addressed at the AGM.
Time to move on.
