I emailed them on Tuesday voicing my concerns, to be honest I feel for Dougal it's as if he's been left to pick up the pieces as it were, I've never had any other reply from Sayona apart from him, not sure how much more of this crap he will handle as I'm pretty sure this must be getting to him too.
The one thing I did find interesting was his last line.....but as we know 'in due course' could mean anything from a week to months....
