It is critical to have a strong and focused BOD that grows the SP and mc of SYA. BL once said there will be better stability and growth in the SP once we have the NAL. It didnt get to that , all rippers came in instead.
The current board and its substantial shareholders appear to simply rip the company and retailers for their own interest. Hope to see a good start with getting a new CEO and a group of experienced and focused directors without the ex AJMs. Also hope that our positive spinners can be more realistic and not ignore those big holes in front of us. The holes wont go away without attending to them and its not doing investors much favour. IMO.
