i assume the vote you are referring in 3 months is the vote on the new mining act. i am told that it has nothing in it that will change the prohibition on u mining. that is a totally separate issue entirely that, i am told, will likely not be cdecided for at least a couple of years, but to paraphrase your words, i imagine you knew that.

As for the eis it is of course necessary to gain approval but has nothing to do with the lifting of the prohibition on u mining, but to again paraphrase your words again, i imagine you knew that as well

You are correct as to the bfs, but are you suggesting that the company does not now know if mining this tenement is economic?
