    Sorry edgar, who told you it will not debated? I would love to know your sauce. Mine is tomato and they say it will be.

    Whilst yes uranium mining will not be allowed, what will be voted on however will be the ability to mine uranium as a by-product. So in a sense you are right, but in reality you are wrong.

    What makes you think it will take a couple of years, it has been in progress since mid 2008. What you think it will take 5 years to change?
