As the Managing Director and authorised contact for your company, I find it extremely distasteful that you can call someone 'one of the bad guys' for no reason other than he raises questions that are probably making you wriggle in your shoes.

When it comes to bad guys, I can tell you 123enen is NOT one of them.
He may be bad for ramping shareholders, but he shouldn't be bad for you if you have nothing to hide.

Your tone is certainly not appreciated and does not befit your position with the company.

And, contrary to your statement that 'they will be gone soon' you normally find that winding up 'bad guys' make them even more tenacious.
