2. Why they don't fire staffs as a bankcrupt company?
3. Why they still spent out 197 million after they know ERG nearly bankcrupt. It's enought to pay the 110 millions loan.
4. Why the board don't put public sale bid for Cubic ... for better price? but only for Duncan without competer?
It's for grabing cash, but bankcrupt.
