    Hi all,

    I think the deadline for voting is closing in a week?

    I have just submitted my voting of against the conditional share purchase plan. Simply I think BLY will not need as much equity raising as previous thought. Credit market is getting better, management is LAZY! Getting some debt refinance probably is a better option here..I would recommend a vote of Against..

    What you guys think?
