The conditional share placement which totals approximately US$1931 million (A$230 million) has been fully-underwritten by Goldman Sachs JBWere Pty Limited, Macquarie Capital Advisers Limited, Merrill Lynch International (Australia) Limited and RBS Equity Capital Markets (Australia) Limited and is expected to be completed following shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 24, 2009.
