Here is an example of a director of an ASX listed Co,
Guns ( Now in Administration) from Tasmania.
John Gay the then CEO sold some shares to pay Tax as we all do,
Shortly after ( a month or so ) there was a profit down grade & he had to fight hard NOT to go to Prison.

So really,
If anyone here thinks AS could off load a Big Block of Shares,
pending a poor annc is deluded.!!!
He would go to Jail..
It's called insider trading & would be next to impossible to argue a sucessful defense..!!
If anything, this sale points towards a successful outcome with AMGN .
