    What I see is

    The Financial position of the company runs second to its products in these circumstances, notably, the "Amgen Deal" (to a degree. imo)

    If UNS has (?) what Amgen wants then its a no brainer. imo Unless there is something hidden that ordinary shareholders don't know about. imo

    My thoughts on recent developments NOT on the history of the stock.
