I trust that this is in keeping with forum rules.
I believe that the only way to defeat the attempts of DA and KB to carry on doing what they have been doing to date, the rest of the shareholders need to come together to remove them and give the comany a chance to thrive.
To this end I include two attachments: one is a recap of the dismal performance to date under this current regime and an explanation of where "normal" shareholders will stand if they are allowed to continue.
The other is a pre-filled proxy form to make it easier for you to align with the group opposed to allowing the current management to continue to mis-manage this potentially great company.
