    I believe it has to pass. This goes beyond just bailing out the fatcats. This is to help restore their economy. Remember the pictures of the bread lines during the Great Depression. Does anyone think that is good for the American people? This bail out is FOR the American public as much as it is for Wall St.
    But, I am not an economist so may be totally wrong.
