he too is on HC every day and into the night.... so likely has a sedentary city lifestyle - every chance he may be obese . and with his explosive seeming temper, he may have high blood pressure and is likely to be a drinker, an consumer of meat and may even be a smoker...
so he might have a very hard time lifting a spear or club and shield.
he'd be a walking dead in those conditions.
