As much as I respect all of the opinions, I have heard various gold prices predicted, and when it was going to happen since buying FML in 2009.
I remember the reason for reaching $2k being the demise of the US economy. This was before the PIGS debt woes were revealed.
Now its the Eurozone that will make it reach $2K.
There are predictors of gold spread around this planet who almost apply their predictions like a religious cult minus the door knocking.
