If op cost increase becomes a trend(esp in coolgardie operations) its time to rethink no matter what the gold price. One can be tolerant about CRE cash cost for next few qtrs.
My expectation by jun12 qtr result
coolgardie operations:
production of 100koz from coolgardie operations at a cash cost of 850-900 oz
CRE operations:
cash cost should be around 1100-1150/oz.
