I don't begrudge them a modest increase - they aren't paid much by industry standards - totally agree; I have companies fleecing SH on negative income where directors are paying themselves triple what our "lads" get

As for not being close to the edge:

If I sit in my office and look at my bank balance and I see I have 34 mill in the bank and projected cash out-flow of 39 mill in the coming months (knowing well that hopefully I keep having a positive cash flow) I'd still be concerned.

I know labs are busy - but check the recent news flow from NST/DRM/SLR
just makes me wonder.......................
