I can back this up. Also a holder of ECS and the only good thing I believe Alex did for ECS was acquire a medicinal cannabis company. Thankfully the MD of that company kicked Alex out of the top job and she's managed to painstakingly turn things around which is a huge credit to her and absolutely zero to Alex.
I believe he is on borrowed time as a director of ECS. As soon as he comes up for re-election I think there is a good chance he will be voted out so I'm not surprised he is looking for other opportunities as a director.
You deserve better than what he brings to the table.
