Voted NO and sent email to Cath this morning, no reply yet.

As a Far shareholder I am disappointed at the timing and further dilution the current capital raising will cause. There are obviously other options to the company and I think this is a poorly timed decision.

I feel shareholders have approved enough performance / incentive options to directors , in this industry keeping your job is enough of a bonus in the current environment.
It would be good to see FAR directors and senior staff take a wage cut or at least a freeze as is common at present.

In the future If the FAR share price increases and value is retained I'm sure it would be appropriate to reward staff and directors.

I will be voting NO to resolutions 1, 3, 4, 5
