Here's a thought, something that would not be done very often among company executives.
Set their options up as follows:
When the share price reaches 15 cents you can have some options at 12/13 cents
When the share price reaches 20 cents you can have some options at say 18 cents and so on.........
You could set up timeframes for take up, length of time to be held etc
In this way everyone is rewarded, shareholders, management etc.
Unlikely to happen, but still........................
