    Yes no joint venture was signed but if you go back and listen to David Richards on boardroom radio from the 14th aug 2007 you may start to understand why shareholders are upset with GGY management.
    A couple of quotes.
    "One possible option is to truck ore to one of KZL exiting mills "
    "GGY retains the right to process the ore onsite or negotiate with other 3 rd parties in the future".
    This sale of maitland has surprised most shareholders as we were never told that was also an option .
