    It does sound like cold sheets despite all the bed tumbling. Can't blame KZL though, they are simply doing what's best by their shareholders. The problem is GGY also seem to be doing what's best for KZL holders. Which of course leaves, umm, nobody doing what's best for GGY holders.

    Just my opinion of course and I don't have all the info or answers. GGY may have their reasons/objectives, I don't know and for this reason won't be rushing in to vote just yet.
