this is my opinion, with Winton our Chairman he owns zero, zilch so I based my opinion on fact, I cannot see him swapping 60,000 cash for shares that he has not held any belief in prior, Hugh well like I said, I would like to see him gone, only for the reason we need to let the directors know we do have a say in this company and if they cant keep us in the loop then they can move on, they just dont think we have a right to know what is going on, Hugh can be the first sacrificial lamb, so if he was to go, chances are he wont be given any shares in lieu. I dont see any defamation in my opinion.
