My opinion is just that -opinion. Do u know what date proxy forms are being sent to ads holders? I don't. It is out of Samsons control. As I've mentioned before, the USA holders haven't even questioned the package from what I can see. They have a very different culture to executive remuneration over there. U reckon our execs get paid 'heaps' with packages of a few mil? Hahaha u would be extremely ignorant to not know at US execs get 10x more than ours. Do a bit of research mate....and it doesn't just apply to the oil industry. It is virtually across the board.

Agenda...please! It won't get removed because its my opinion and in this case most likely correct. This will get through no matter what u say. Am I happy about it? Not really. Would I prefer an increasing stepped approach to option pricing over time - you bet.
