A few months ago, i watched a show called 'Why the West Went Bust'. Part of this show shows the high salary/incentive given to people; in this case sporting personnel and executives.
The moral here is that the practice of spending and paying people excessively need to stop. It is this practice that gets the majority of the western world into debt issues we are seeing in the USA and Europe.
