As you are a US based O&G investor, I was wondering if you or any other poster knows (roughly) what executives from comparable US oilers (say under a $300m market cap) are being paid.
To be comparable, the focus of selected companies would need to be oil rather than gas // and early stage field development (and exploration) rather than lower risk production from established resources. I think it important to compare like for like before reaching final judgements. If unhappy shareholders are to put up any form of case it must be supported by some real data.
(I hold a large number of options but only a hundred bucks worth of ordinaries so my vote isn't actually worth much.)
