    Well said Tone.

Some of the assertions made by these people are absolutely outrageous & have no basis in fact.

Since the merger announcement at 84.8c all graphite stocks, except Valence & Talga, have seen their share prices drop by more than 50%. Are these posters suggesting all these other companies like Syrah, Triton, Kilbaran, etc., are somehow manipulating the market? Or are these comments merely restricted to Lamboo?

It is amply demonstrable that the value of Lamboo to China Hengda has not changed since the merger agreement & announcement.

Lamboo still has the considerable resource that China Hengda recognised.
This resource still has the properties to be easily purified to 99.99% & is fully compatible with China Hengda's resource.
The merger outcome still provides China Hengda with their desired path to a stock market listing enabling growth, expansion & access to capital markets.

So, given their original criteria, what has changed from China Hengda's stated objectives? Nothing, the deal that was agreed after considerable DD by China Hengda on Lamboo at 84.8c is just as attractive as it was 3 months ago. China Hengda, like a lot of Chinese companies, plan for the long term & short term noise is just a ripple on the pond of their big picture objectives.

If you still doubt China Hengda here are their MD, Mr Wang's, credentials from the September 18 announcement -

Mr Wang Fengjun (Mr. Wang), Chairman and current major shareholder of Hengda, is an experienced and well-connected entrepreneur in the graphite industry in China. Apart from his business interest in Hengda, Mr Wang also is the rotating chairman of Graphite Industry Professional Committee of China Non-metallic Minerals Industry Association and carries positions in various academic associations related to mining, graphite technology and advanced battery materials areas in Yichang City and Hubei Province of China. His connection and knowledge will contribute to the continuous business growth and technological development of the combined group in China.

    Enough said.
