Always be careful of a stock where the directors make their money in a different way to the share holders.

Here they seem to be making their money by issuing cheap stock and diluting the market.

If they are going to be so good then issue the shares at an increase ,but fixed cost, to the market with a term based on their future performance not issue retrospective profits with the main beneficiaries being the ones holding the voting power.
