    Just a little mention for us.
    While the big companies are becoming more adept at avoiding "strikes", several small-caps suffered huge "against" votes. In the case of the Africa-focused Continental Coal, 91 per cent of holders opposed the rem motion(a margin of 75 million to 7.4 million).
