That addendum to the resolutions I.e introduction of res 13; was a clusterf**k ; reading the page upside down kinda made a bit more sense . seriously management really do need to get someone on board who actually reads over these things before they hit the market with it.....or of course you can get the secretary to make follow up calls .

Anyway, yes probably best voting yes to all and no to Res13
