I for one logged in and voted against all performance rights. Based on current “performance” I think the salaries are fair remuneration as it is. I haven’t seen anything that justify giving John Clarke $1m in shares.

the whole point of these is to be based on performance. I personally don’t believe the goals are hard enough or justified yet. I’m sure in time things will change but they have promised the goals set out for a long time already anyway.
