Everyone is naturally welcome to their opinion; but you must ask yourself why the dairy is not only wanting the current board gone; but willing to put their name on the spill motion.

If the key to the company's early production strategy doesn't have confidence, then why would anyone else? Surely they would be intimate with the board and have a good feeling for who is best for the company?

If there is one thing I've learned - you don't propose a spill motion without a high level of confidence that you have the support to win.

Peter is a very nice person, but in my opinion Glenda has a stronger business mind, and Mick is more technically proficient.

This is not so much about whether the current board are doing an ok enough job - it is about who has the vision and drive to take us to the next level. I am yet to see much vision with the current board - and I would be extremely surprised if the dairy had sided with Glenda without knowing her plans. It is just a shame that the new board can't publicly detail their strategy with ease.

I'm for change, for the sake of long term success.
