I don't see relevance to Richmond Dairies holdings.
Seems like it might be relevant to NR sh but not so much to others.
They don't hold enough and in the big picture I do not see supply to RD as a significant issue or critical/price sensitive to sh value.
Maybe the current board see a bigger opportunity?
Maybe those connected to NR or RD are only considering their immediate local issues and concerns.
Small steps are great but often by focusing on small steps you miss the big picture.
