Especially when you will still hold shares in a company which is going to do drillings and explorations and developing the sites to full production, and still share in any profits which might come their ways.

On the other end of the scale you have got a company which has done nothing and reduced the value of yours/mine shares to what they are today.

Are you willing to continue in that road or would you be willing to exchange your shares for someone else's shares which are more experienced in the O&G than the present one, and even (although low) paying some dividends as well.??
STO didn't come down with the last shower of rain either and although they are experiencing some problems, (all O&G companies are at present due to the current oil prices), they still have got the knowledge and expertize to develop our tenements better than others. And their yearly budget is big enough to vest some money in exploration too.
